Here we would like to remember and appreciate animals we have considered family who have recently passed away. We will always be grateful for our time with our serval Jabula, caracal Duma, and male lion Casper.
Jabula was an older cat who passed away in his sleep without signs of illness. Duma was taken by liver failure after fighting an infection. Our dear white lion, Casper, who struggled with health issues such as calcium deficiency all his life, was declared dead of natural causes by the vet, with symptoms pointing in the direction of heart failure. All three will be dearly missed by visitors and the Zanchieta team alike.
