Good day from a very busy #Zanchieta. We have a new baby on the farm, a chuckma baboon. He is a baby boy, approximately 3 months old.
He was brought to Zanchieta by the Department of Economics , Small Business Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (Departement of Nature Conservation} all the way from the Eastern Cape. His life up to now was an uphill battle. He was taken from his mother by a person who then sold him on a street corner.. FOR A FEW Rands!!!
That is what the life of this innocent animal is worth for some worthless excuse for a scumbag. When the little one was put in the vehicle with a Zanchieta staff member, he immediately fell asleep. We will update you on everything concerning this little guy.
